Leadership exists as a blend of the leader, the led and the situation. There's not one ‘right’ way to lead, not one singular, perfect approach that fits every person, every time, in every scenario. We can never predict the who, why, or when our leadership will be needed, so we've got to be ready for anything.

The question is- how do we prepare to have the solutions and ideas we need when those needs arise?

We tackle that challenge through interactive engagement, covering over 2 dozen leading texts in the field of creativity and leadership and almost 2 decades of military experience.

Utilizing an old school overhead projector, sharpies and transparency sheets, we lean analog with intentionality to snap brains out of PowerPoint coma states and spark new lines of thinking.
